We are reopening with strict anti-covid-19 measures beginning july 6th, 2020

In accordance with CDC recommendations regarding COVID-19 we have made the decision to reopen on July 6th, 2020. We will be implementing strict policies in order to keep our clients and staff safe during this difficult time. These policies include the following:

  • One client per pet during examinations. Additional family members and friends must wait in their cars outside of the hospital.

  • Social distancing enforcement using floor guides in the lobby.

  • Temperature checks prior to entry into the hospital. If you have a temperature above 100 degree fahrenheit we will not be able to see you until you have been cleared by your doctor. No exceptions.

  • All owners must wear masks at all times while inside the hospital.

  • If the lobby is full we request that you wait in your car until we are able to see you. Our staff will be informing owners if the lobby is considered full.

  • No touching, hugging, or handshakes with staff members.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation. It is everyone’s responsibility to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

If you have any questions regarding these instructions please email us or give us a call.
